Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 35% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date for bookings made more than 14 days in advance. Bookings made 7–14 days before the event require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Events booked less than 7 days before the event require full payment at the time of booking.

The remaining balance for standard bookings is due 5 days before the event.

Due to advance purchasing of food, staffing, and event preparation, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made after final payment has been received are generally non-refundable. If Cocina Mexicana Catering must cancel due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
